Sun Power yoga is a flowing style developed by Ann Marie Newland, one of the leading teacher trainers in the UK. More forgiving and varied than Ashtanga, Sun Power is perfect for beginners who want to learn an invigorating and strengthening style, but is equally satisfying for those with experience. Whilst this class will be challenging for those of below average fitness, with commitment and regular practice this style can benefit those who have never seen the inside of a gym!

ONE TO ONE COACHING
One to one classes are for those who prefer not to attend scheduled 'public' classes or for those who want to gain experience before attending a scheduled class. You will benefit from a programme tailored to your particular physical ability and taking into account any injuries or medical conditions.
Session content can be adapted for all ages and levels of fitness.
Classes can be held in the comfort of your own home, as long as there is a suitable space.

"I first joined Robert's Class in April of 2012. I was fairly new to Yoga, and I initially felt intimidated because of how capable everyone else in the class seemed relative to my physical capabilities. Robert encouraged me to stick with it and noted that it is better to feel challenged. He advised me not to 'try not to compete with anyone else and your stamina and technique will build over time.' I am glad that I continued attending the class because he was right. With his guidance, I was able to continue taking classes right up to 34 weeks of pregnancy; and I felt much healthier and in control of my breathing for my labor and delivery. What is more is that I could do more at 34 weeks pregnant than I could in the first few weeks of taking his class.
